The Absolute Truth
INTRODUCTION:
In this article it is my hope to make you and other citizens aware of how healthcare reformation can be futuristically applied in the suppression, infringement and suspension of our constitutional rights known as our civil liberties which are enumerated from the Bill Of Rights which contain 10 amendments and additional ammendments to the United States Constitution.
This reformation is an apparent attempt and obvious objective of President Obama and his administration is to enslave the people and citizens of the United States of America onto a New World Order or a one world government. His created staff of appointed advisors of self or with corporate interest, scientists, elected politicians, unofficial representatives of whom would have influence of bill creation and wordage of this initiation of legislation for a new unconstitutional form of shadow government.
AMENDMENT I:
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.
AMENDMENT II:
A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.
Infringement onto our 2nd amendment right through due taxes related to the mandatory declaration of firearms possession and ownership will be required. The government and local authorities will access a database to inquire of the quantity of firearms, what model, caliber and serial number of the firearm, total number of rounds of ammunition of your supposed private inventory that will be verified through law enforcement without a legal warrant process.
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
This healthcare reform will violate our 4th Amendment, right to privacy. The government will have a need to know what property we have, inherited, gifted or worked for, such as a Means Statement to be completed by the patient or guardian thereof. The means statement will be required for the enrollment onto healthcare containing questions of level of income, retirement or joint incomes. If you have acquired real estate, stocks, bonds, accumulated monies in savings and checking accounts, ownership of livestock or farm animals, rental properties or any amount of acreage. Total square footage of living space will also be quarried and must include all other personal assetts.
Todays and futuristic technology an implantation under the skin or onto a universal identification card containing a Radio Frequency Identification Device (RFID) microchip will be required onto every citizen and patient enrollment. In the future this microchip will render the use of the fiat monies such as the dollar, credit or consumer cards, personal checks and any weight or bullion standard as useless and illegal. Any type of bartering will also be outlawed and made illegal.
Once enrolled onto the government reformation healthcare the healthcare professionals and physicians can or will dictate your diet of how much and what you are allowed to consume for the good of self health, humanity and its current and future labor force.
A new government tax through the use of the RFID microchip, smart refrigerators and grocery store checkouts your healthcare provider will have knowledge if you or your family's diet is healthy or unhealthy. As they can and will charge you additional taxes for the amount of consumption of calories, carbohydrates, fatty acids, added syrups, and other ingredients. Taxes will be determined and based on if the crops or substances were assisted in fertilizers and pesticides for growth. You can expect such additional taxes on items such as: alcohol, beverages, meats, poultry, tobacco, junk food and candies.
A value added tax (VAT) will be collected through RFID technology on everyday items that we consider essential such as; household, stationery, clothing, infant supplies, gardening, hardware, automotive maintenance and repairs, toys, cosmetics and sporting equipment. The list of additionally taxed items will grow larger for the cost of expansive healthcare reformation and to cover projected budgets as the demand for taxation of increased revenue extraction from the patient and citizens will increase. Our standard of living will decrease into a third world class economy as we will be even more dependent on governmental assistance as a principal provider.
AMENDMENT V & VIII:

VIII: Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.
Upon implantation of the RFID microchip you will be immediately on a satellite grid co-ordinate tracking system or global positioning system (GPS), closed circuit cameras and on the expansion of current fiber optics and data computer networks. The government will know where you are and where your family is at all times, twenty four hours a day of every minute of your life from near conception to death.
Part 2 AMERICA’S FUTURE AND CHANGING LANDSCAPE:
Our healthcare will be expanded to enroll the world citizens and masses onto a worldwide international universal healthcare system. A possible nationalized civilian health workforce comprised of students and several thousand members of civil organizations will be recruited, trained and deployed into communities implementing and educating the public to strengthen America’s workforce in a claim of proloning life and changing habits.
DESTRUCTION OF THE CURRENT AMERICAN HEALTHCARE SYSTEM:
Soon after passage of this enormous bill the politicians will change the rules as far as who gets taxed to pay for the American healthcare. Currently what was promised of taxing incomes over 250,000 dollars has changed and the government in time will require everyone or every family member into a single payer system or into a co-operative. If the co-operative is chosen by congress it will be federally influenced through political appointments to newly designed regions or districts for needed board of directors, chairmanships and further increase employment members through mandates and other financial means. Single-payer will have a negative effect as it will deplete the insurance companies. It will create a nest egg of corruption and an invitation for criminal elements to penetrate and operate.
There will no longer be a need for Medicare or Medicaid, Veteran Affairs Administration or Indian Health Services clinics, private or charity hospitals. These providers will all be closed and transferred under an adopted or created fairness-doctrine that will be legislated and for the purpose of current and future budget constraints. The US government Health and Human Service Committee with their written directives will be handed down to these places as they will not be able to conform for further licensing and retaining or receiving governmental charters.
Private physicians, professionals and ordinary general medical doctors, providing the new healthcare program will decide to "opt-out" due to financial hardships that will be endured as their provided and offered services will not be reimbursed fairly by the government. Government bureaucrats whom will use given mathematical equations, guided tables of calculations and a slow payment of fees rendered or reimbursement to the private healthcare facilities will induce and increase the hardships of providing affordable and quality healthcare to the public.
The few remaining doctors will be negatively effect as doctor and patient relationships will deteriorate as it will also be a dominating factor in the decision to not accept new patients or participate onto the government enrollment. If anyone has dealt with the government knows of the large amount of paperwork that will be required for enrollment and keeping patients within their system expanding the burden of increased administrative costs.
Any existence of private practices of free enterprise will not be able to compete against the United States Government as they have free reign of the printing presses in an unlimited money supply and access to govern the financial data networks. An example would be when Wal-Mart builds and operates and owns a Supercenter knocking out or destroying its competition in the local market place. This is a government who will monopolize the current local healthcare system and place in a welfare system that can only be honored at their convenient location. The closing of private clinics and hospitals will likely be in the thousands. The result of these closings will be a "pooling" together into one common mass.
The reformation continues throughout all levels of government as the ones whom will enact this bill into law consists of 435 members of congress and 100 senators proposing this legislation. Healthcare reformation will give enough room and continued expansion for the nepotism and cronyism to continue as it has become obvious in Washington D.C. and its surrounding community extending to our borders and in the future every international boundary. The bureaucracies this legislation will create will most likely double the size of the current federal government.
Any type of healthcare reform bill passed this year will be changed with added amendments and reconciliations through loopholes. The healthcare reform bill is over 1900 pages in its current form and will grow larger and extensively. Only one can imagine how large this healthcare will be in the future. The current tax code has over 63,000 pages. This healthcare reform of government run healthcare could and will possibly go beyond the current tax code.
PRESENCE OF A CORRUPT WORKFORCE AND UNION MEMBERSHIP:
Membership into a union will be mandatory and will in turn expand their total roll numbers. Unions already dominate some congressional and senatorial districts as many politicians lean left have been reelected into office repeatedly; time and time again. A corrupt labor force from organized unions will also appear in these governmental and non governmental entities as the union workers and union rules will disrupt the successful climate that these providers have advocated and projected. No matter how successful the services at these places of healthcare practice have provided to its ill and injured healthcare will be systematically and strategically destroyed by disruptions such as false allegations towards non-member union employees, failing standards resulting in preemptive failure of inspections, creation of hostile work environments to name a few tactics that will be used by union members and governmental officials.
The union bosses and union heads will be in positions of authority and dominate the newly created workforce. Union representation in the government healthcare will limit and most likely refuse any type of outside labor force or bidding contracts. Government intrusion and union representation will create lengthy delays in improvements and will be inefficient.
Being a card carrying member of union membership will have its perks as it will protect apathetic and/or incompetent employees from termination of employment, demotions or criminal prosecution and civil libel judgements.
CENSUS:
The year 2010 census will also be a large part in the upcoming elections. The U.S. Census Bureau is beginning the practice of placing people and families on a pinpoint accuracy to their front doorstep by use of GPS methods and designated grid coordinates. In the near future newly designed congressional and senatorial districts will be laid out and implemented to keep the ones in power ensuring their reelection. Boundaries and division of districts will be done by using the voter’s race, gender, voter trends, past voting records and political popularity. This process of redistricting is nothing new as it is nicknamed gerrymandering as it has created many districts to represent areas with dominate minority population.

FUTURE ELECTIONS:
To go into the corrupt the once fair and honest election process politicians will ensure electronic voting machines are totally indoctrinated as they have been proven to be manipulated. Though election officials will deny any wrongdoings and the machine manufacturers will continue to decry trade secrets. The other result will also not create any incriminating evidence usually by display and reviewable as papered documentation. A lack of evidence will continue to being the norm to dismiss any attempt to challenge or overturn any official election results.
FUTURE UNIVERSAL HEALTHCARE PROGRAMS AND PROPONENTS:
Amendment X - Powers of the States and People. The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
Enrollment in the healthcare program will require mandatory immunizations and can implement programs and procedures as eugenics, euthanasia, forced sterilization and abortions. Scientists and professors such as John Holdren and Cass Sunstein are immoral scientists whom authored books in these areas. Kevin Jennings is a more recent controversial figure as he is the founder for the Gay and Lesbian Independent School Teacher Network (GLISTeN) appointed by President Barack Hussein Obama as a School Safe Czar. The vast majority of the nation is already wondering what secret agenda do these men and women whom are appointed? As they advise the president of the United States of America on a daily basis. These are just a few of whom are on the president’s advisory committees laying the framework for the construction of a new constitutional republic and ensuring certain legislation is introduced and indoctrinated. These advisors are out to crush the 10th amendment and force power from the federal government onto the state or circumvent directly force authority and tyranny onto the people.
LOSS OF LIBERTIES:
As a citizen of the United States of America never allow the government this much control. A government in admiration and capability of having Orwellian technology in its vision of having turning America into a Utopian society for the world class elite is bound to become oppressive onto its citizens.
Explained to you here of the healthcare reformation consisting of several components as it is a disguise for an additional tax and a way for the government to control its populace. The reformation of our current healthcare system and its mandatory requirements of participation will destroy America, suppressing and revoking our liberties as the government will be involved in every aspect of our daily life and private lives. Healthcare reformation is a hood wink into a new introduced form of world government. Society will be ordered and forced under a totalitarian regime or a newer form of government. Calling this socialism or socialistic would be labeling this new form government with a weak title in its presence. The new government will be tyrannous and will display total hardcore global enslavement.

Common allegations and complaints or problems of future healthcare such as possible rationing, long lists, tort reform legislation, counseling for the terminally ill or near death, the overall amount of funding into providing adequate healthcare, our current and projected national debt, extinction of our very profitable and productive research and development, use of other industrialized country or nationalized polls the comparisons of what ifs to our current medical system.
It is my hope to focus on the intrusion and government infringement of our basic constitutional rights will be useless or nonexistent in its current form. Future mandates to world governing bodies completely erasing our national sovereignty from existence in a fell swoop of a single basic modus operandi or in other words a modern day legislated bill signed into law.
CLOSING:
I am voicing an echoing plea from our forefathers as we ask for all of the citizens of the United States of America and our elected officials whom are in Washington D.C. there to represent us and to protect us from this form of tyranny. We must demand that they do not to give up our liberties in place of some promised security.
If this healthcare formation legislation is passed the American free society as we know it now will cease to exist if this legislation is to pass through congress. Once liberties are rendered by the citizens or by our elected government representatives historically our rights were always never given back or nor should we expect our rights be returned in the future neither.
Time is running out on defending the constitution which allows our current freedoms that we enjoy here in the United States of America and our liberties are dire jeopardy.
